Return Policy

We totally get it—sometimes a product just isn’t quite what you expected. If you’d like to return your ThermoFlask E-Bottle, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

✅ What items can I return?

• You can return the ThermoFlask E-Bottle if it’s unopened, unused, and in sellable condition.

• For hygiene reasons, used bottles cannot be returned.

• Customized or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

• If the item is damaged, used, or returned in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to process a refund.

• Keep your proof of return postage until your refund is confirmed.

• We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
